Description
Various climbing possibilities
The Ganz climbing centre in the Bischofswiesen district of Strub is one of the largest of its kind in the area and has a total of 2000 m² of climbing space, of which around 350 m² is devoted to the so-called boulder walls in two rooms. With so much space, you have the opportunity to climb over 200 routes, so variety is a big priority here, and you won't get bored. Since the climbing centre is the first and only one in the Berchtesgadener Land, you should definitely not miss out on a sports experience in the facility and really put your muscles to the test on the climbing walls.
From beginner to professional
In the Strub climbing hall, you have two options for securing yourself on the climbing walls: top rope and lead climbing. But the bouldering variant is also possible, where you climb without a rope at a safe jumping height and are caught by soft sports mats if necessary. However, if these terms are still foreign to you, you can also just take a look at the sport of climbing at first. The climbing centre offers special introductory courses. Thus, the facility offers the right thing for everyone, so that both absolute beginners and old hands will have fun.
How to get there

Take the B20 to the left turn-off onto Gebirgsjägerstraße. This will take you to Strub, where you turn right onto Watzmannstraße. This is also where the climbing hall is located.
