Description
The Magic Bavaria is an Upside-Down-adventure museum which is totally new in Munich. On 1000 square meters the exhibition shows the highlights of Bavaria; the special thing about it is that the museum is not a classic one but with a lot of illusions and effects which are also interactive. As everyone can take place, the museum is an adventure for the whole family and offers a special place not only for young people but from influencers to even grandmothers.
A journey through Bavaria
The special thing about the museum is that it combines a lot of different sorts of design. Illusions show the Bavarian landscape and offer a magical journey through Bavaria and its beautiful scenery. A real highlight of the visit is definitely the Eibsee which is illustrated by a ball pool.
For the more crazy sort of visitors who like to experience with different perspectives, the upside-down-rooms are the place(s) to be. Casually hanging from a cliff or standing headfirst in the king's palace is possible at the Magic Bavaria. One thing is guaranteed: The amazed views of the people who see the photos afterwards.
The rooms also offer a great variety of photo settings. Funny family photos can be taken which are definitely the highlight in every album. Also for social media the settings are perfect and you can take really nice pictures, which spice up your Instagram.
Historical Information
After spending the holidays in Malaysia with her family and visiting an "Upside Down" house there, Susanne Funke knew that there has to be such a place in Munich, too. Not only the kids had a lot of fun in the Malaysian museum, also the people who saw the photos afterwards were fascinated.
Together with her friend, Verena Horbach, Susanne worked out a concept and implement her idea. As both women love Bavaria, the motto of the museum was given very quickly - "Magic Bavaria".
