Route description
Nepomuk trail connects the Schönsee region with Bohemia, corssing the border in Friedrichshäng. The trail got its name from Bohemia's patron saint, John of Nepomuk. The hike is marked with the number 3 on a yellow background. Starting at the stone figure of the 'double Nepomuk', enjoy the panoramic view from Gradelhöhe, and hike all the way to the Czech village Pleš.

- You're traveling a distance of 8 km on this easy trail. The hike is therefore not too long. The average length of all hikes in Bavaria is 43 km.

Getting here
Nepomuk trail starts in Schönsee. Follow motorway A93, which you leave at exit Nabburg. From there, follow the signs pointing to Schönsee on St2156, B22, and St2159.
