Route description

The tour starts at the central station in Zell. On the steep Höhenstraße, the mountain bikers reach the Jesu Herz chapel after only half an hour. Enjoy the view on the Kletterberg Gerlossteinwand! The segment following, at the farm Breier, is flat, which you should be using to relax. Thereafter, a steep ascent to the Hirschbichlalm follows, which is a wonderful place to overview the whole breath-taking landscape. The descent to Mühlfeld follows, which is the turning point of the tour leading along the Ziller back to Zell.

Getting here

By car:

Take the motorway A12 (Inntalautobahn), exit at Wiesing and then continue driving on the B169 in the direction of Achensee/ Zillertal. Take the second exit of the roundabout. Follow the road and when you reach Zell am Ziller, turn into the Rohrerstraße which leads to the central station. 

 

The starting point of the tour is the central station in Zell am Ziller. There are car parks provided.
