Route description
The tour starts at the mountain station of the Isskogelbahn, 1,900 m (2077 yards) difference in altitude. Just follow the panorama path. This leads towards the Kreuzwiesenalm. Via the Auserertensalm and the Hohe Wand you get to the Gerlostalalm. At the junction towards the Innerertensalm, keep to the left in the direction of Isskogel. You cycle then on a 10 km (6.2 miles) long descending single trail to the Ebenfeldalm and the Latschenalm. The last and final 4 km (2.5 miles) of the tour you cycle on the Gerloser Wiesenweg.

- Elevated between 1,254 m and 2,203 m, the bike trail is the highest elevated bike Trails in Austria. You're facing an uphill climb of 802 vertical meters on this bike trail.
- If you get hungry along the way, there are places to rest and get food. Nevertheless it’s recommended to also have enough water and food in your backpack when hiking or biking.

The tour starts with a great view on the mountain and glacier landscape in the Zillertal Arena – and is even suitable for beginners.
Getting here
By car
Take A12 Inntalautobahn motorway, exit at Wiesing and then continue on B169 in the direction of Achensee/ Zillertal (2nd exit of the roundabout). Follow the road and at the end of Zell am Ziller turn left onto Gerlosstraße. Follow the road up to Gerlos and turn left towards the Isskogelbahn.
The tour starts at the mountain station of the Isskogelbahn that is easily reachable by a gondola. At the valley station you find car parks.
