Children under 3 years old are not allowed to use the toboggan run. Children aged 3 to 7 and under 1.35 m may only ride when accompanied by an older person.

Notes

Operation runs from the start of the Bavarian Easter holidays until the end of the autumn holidays.
In bad weather and with a lack of visitors, the toboggan run and lift may close earlier.
In October and November, it is open on Thursdays and Fridays from 2 PM to 5 PM. On weekends and public holidays, it is open from 11 AM to 5 PM.
Opening hours may vary during Bavarian school holidays.
