Route description
The circular walk first leads to the Malga San Silvestro/Silvesteralm, which offers a stopover at the beginning of the tour. From there the new theme path on torrent control leads to the Bonnerhütte, with a breathtaking view of the surrounding Dolomite peaks.
The hiking tour starts at the "Schnegger Säge" in the San Silvestro/Silvestertal . The path nr. 1 takes uphill to the Malga San Silvestro/Silvesteralm. From there it goes further on to the Malga Seinberg/Steinbergalm, where the path turn left. The new created path takes to the edge of the wood and continues below the Corno Fana/Pfannhorn till the Rifugio Bonner/Bonnerhütte hut. For the descent the path no. 25 a takes till the "Pfanntörl" and passing the Bergalm to Gandelle/Kandellen. After the chapel the path takes left in the middle of the fields to the Valle San Silvestro/Silvestertal back to the starting point.

- You're facing an uphill climb of 1055 vertical meters on this hike. This makes the hike one of the 15 hikes with the most ascent in Italy. The high point of the hike is located at an elevation of 2,345 m.

- Sturdy hiking boots are recommended on this track. There are places to buy beverages and food along the track. However it’s always recommended to bring enough water and food along with you.
