Route description
Dreiburgensee lake features a great and very clean circular train to be walked in all seasons. Besides a large insect hotel, a barefoot path, and a trout pond, you can also discover a variety of lizards and birds, and if youre lucky you might even see a beaver. You can choose between the short(2.2km/1.4mi) or the long trail (4.6km/2.9mi) around the lake. But even if you go for the short option, there will be plenty to see.

- You're traveling a distance of 5 km on this easy trail. The hike is therefore not too long. The average length of all hikes in Bavaria is 43 km.
