Description
At an elevation between 8 and 25 metres (about 26 to 82 ft), the tree top walk rises through the trees of the mountain forest. Several points of interest present the various lifeforms within a forest in an easy and interesting way. Discover life in the forest from a completely new point of view - on your own, or with an experienced guide.
Crossing clearances and areas of dead wood, the tree top walk leads you up to the crowns of the trees where insects and birds find their preferred habitats, before it winds up the gigantic tower where you enjoy a great view. From there, the walk goes back to ground level, where it ends in front of Hans Eisenmann Visitor Center where many more information around the Bavarian Forest National Park is waiting to be explored.
