Fog patches will make for a quite uncomfortable start to the day in the north, south, west and east. Clouds and fog will break in the noon and give way to determined sunshine. There will be a wonderful day full of sunshine. Temperatures are not far from normal, but the breeze from the south keeps it from feeling as warm as it could if there were no wind.
