Route description
The historic circular trail Klausenrundweg starts at Reiterbrücke bridge. Follow Waldbahnweg trail and walk uphill to Harbach and Bichler Alps. From there, you can either go straight to Hientalklause by walking between the two mountain huts, or walk on to Reiter Alp, which is another 45 minutes away. Walk back to where you started on the forest path.

By car
Drive to the car park near Reiterbrücke bridge, which is right next to federal road B305. Here is where you start the hike. Car parks are available around the old Forsthaus.
Public transportation
Bus number 9526 takes you to Weißbach on a regular basis. Get off at the stop Dufter.
