Route description
Start at the bridge Sonneggbrücke, hike on road 67 towards Breitenebenalm or take the shortcut through the forest (70B). You will pass a game reserve. The alp Breitenebenalm is famous for its desserts like Apfelstrudel and home-made pies. You can have your snack outside on the sun terrace. Kids can play on the playground or pet small animals and ponies. Now ascend on a hiking trail (observant hikers will see a small pond above Breitenebenalm), then continue on a forest road to Großwildalm, where delicious home-made meals are waiting for you.

- Make sure to bring sturdy footwear on this track. Hiking boots are highly recommended. There are places to buy beverages and food along the track. However it’s always recommended to bring enough water and food along with you.

Take your car or the cab called "Wandertaxi" via the road Labenbach in Au until Sonneggbrücke and continue to the parking lot „Parkplatz Breitenebenalm“.
