Access with a wheelchair or pushchair is not possible. A rucksack is recommended for smaller children.
Dogs on a short lead, if possible with a muzzle, are permitted.
Groups do not need to book in advance, but a brief notification of intended group visits will help with the organisation.

Last admission to the gorge is at 6 pm.
The above opening times apply from June to September.
In October it is open daily from 9 am to 4 pm. (Last admission at 4 pm).
In winter, the gorge is closed from November until spring!
Extreme weather conditions, such as floods, heavy thunderstorms, snowfall or storms, can lead to a temporary closure of the gorge.
In the main season and in bad weather, there may be waiting times due to the large number of visitors at peak times from approx. 10.00 to 14.00. A visit before or after these peak times is recommended.
