If you want to forget the stress of everyday life and immerse yourself in another world, then the Templin Nature Spa, the small Uckermark sea, is the place for you. In the 10,000m² adventure world, every age group gets its money's worth.

Interior

Thanks to the thermal brine coming from a depth of 1650m, which has a soothing effect on respiratory and skin diseases due to its high salt content, fun and relaxation can be optimally combined. The 30-32°C warm adventure pool, which has a brine concentration of 1.5 %, attracts on 500m² water surface with relaxing massage couches, a light-water organ, a waterfall and a current channel.

In the 140m² wave pool with a 1% brine concentration you can gently drift in the waves. In the breaks between the waves, a water mushroom, massage jets and bubblers provide variety. In addition to the three whirlpools, from which you can relax and watch the hustle and bustle in the thermal baths, the Templin natural thermal baths with their grotto walk also have a special highlight to offer: The 36°C warm, 6% brine water splashes here relaxing from the walls and atomizes to fine water droplets, which have a positive effect on the respiratory tract when inhaled.

Thanks to the two 100m long adventure water slides, the Turbo and the Black Hole slide, action lovers will also get their money's worth in the Therme. For the little ones there is a special children's area with a fresh water paddling pool, baby trough and slide.

Exterior area

The outdoor pool, which is heated all year round, has a brine content of 1.5 percent, which intensifies the tanning effect of the sun in summer. In winter you can relax in the 32°C warm water and watch the snowflakes around you. With a counter current system, a waterfall and a rock grotto there is also a lot to see.

Gastronomy

As you also get hungry from all the water fun, the NaturTherme Templin has a bar and an integrated wet gastronomy that spoils its guests with vital, regional and international dishes.

In the sauna world of the NaturTherme Templin with its seven saunas, relaxation for body and soul is offered.

Interior

Inside there is a 90°C Finnish sauna and a farmer's sauna with aromatic humid heat. At 50°C and approx. 55% relative humidity you can enjoy the warmth in changing coloured light.

In the 45°C warm steam bath, the heated benches invite you to relax in a climate of high humidity. In addition, there are two 36-37°C hot hot whirlpools and the so-called Prießnitz bath in the interior. Here the senses are sharpened by alternating heat and cold stimuli and the blood circulation is promoted. After a gentle warming by 45° C warm steam pushes, ice plates rain down on the visitors and provide refreshment.

A further highlight of the sauna world are the wonderfully Alpine hay-scented Kraxenöfen, whose mild herbal vapours enhance general well-being and gently warm the shoulders and back.

Sauna garden

There are three more saunas in the sauna garden, the outside area of the complex. The octagonal built very comfortable log cabin sauna attracts with regular, manual infusions and a heat of 95°C. Especially the honey and salt infusions are popular here.

In the 85°C warm gallery sauna there is enough space for up to 70 people. Manual infusions are also used here. For fans of hot, dry heat, the earth sauna with its 100°C and space for up to 35 people is recommended. In this sauna, half built into the earth, you sweat in front of a crackling fireplace in a rustic atmosphere.

Care ceremonies

In addition to soothing and stimulating massages, the wellness area of the NaturTherme Templin offers oriental care ceremonies such as Hamam or Rasul. Wrapped in foam, pampered by mild steam and fragrant oils, you forget the world around you.

Massages

Especially recommended is the East Asian stamp massage, which stimulates cell renewal. You can choose between stamps filled with wheat bran, beer extract, wine marc, herb mixtures or Indian spices.

Wellness baths

In the wellness bath Aqua Musicale, filled with 6% brine, you float in the water with relaxing music and feel weightless. Those who have always wanted to bathe in milk should try the Cleopatra or mare's milk bath. These baths promote blood circulation and make the skin wonderfully soft. A bit more exotic, however, is the beer bath, which is particularly popular with men. The bath beer stimulates the metabolism, contains many minerals and vitamins and provides the skin with moisture.

The city of Templin, which is recognized as a thermal brine spa, is located about 80km north of Berlin in the western Uckermark.

Free parking spaces for cars, buses and motorhomes are available for guests of the Therme.

Arrival by train:

With the RB 12 there is an hourly direct connection between Berlin-Lichtenberg and Templin. Get off at Templin Stadt station. Holders of the spa card can use the public transport system in Templin free of charge. By bus you can reach the Therme from Templin Stadt station in 5 minutes without changing trains.
