Description & Details
Peace and quiet, far away from the stress and hectic pace of everyday life - this is exactly what awaits visitors to the Fontane Therme in Neuruppin. The bathing world offers 460 m² of water distributed over 3 thermal pools and a freshwater pool with long swimming lanes.
The three healing water pools are spit with brine from the Fontane spring, which is almost 1700 m deep, and invite you to relax. Already after the second bath the skin feels wonderfully soft thanks to the brine rich in minerals such as magnesium, sodium or calcium. In addition, the brine of Fontane Quelle has a proven positive effect on body heat regulation, cell growth and skin metabolism. Therefore brine baths are recommended especially for joint problems or skin diseases. The brine floating basin has the highest salt content of 8%. There you can float through the water with calming underwater music and a view of the sky. There is also a 32° C warm exercise pool with 3% brine and a 34° C warm relaxation pool where visitors can also enjoy 3% brine content on bubble loungers. From Germany's largest lakesauna you can also dive directly into Ruppiner See, Brandenburg's longest lake.
The spacious outdoor area invites you to sunbathe. In addition, there are always changing offers. Currently a sauna workshop informs about the "right" sauna. Here both old sauna-rabbits and newcomers learn interesting things about the effectiveness of this old tradition. Let us surprise you.
Saunas
With a total area of 400 m², the floating lake sauna of the Fontane Therme is the largest of its kind in Germany. Thanks to a glass front, sun loungers and direct access to the lake for cooling down, sauna lovers can look forward to a special experience. Among the seven other saunas and steam baths in the Neuruppin Therme are a biosauna, a Finnish sauna and a family sauna. After a sauna session you can refresh yourself in the shower street equipped with light effects and then cool off in the ice grotto. Afterwards several cosy rest areas await you.
