Route description
A climb to the summit, with a uniquely beautiful panoramic view from the top.Route: Pietralba, Pilgrims’ House – trail S to “Pichlwies” – trail E5 through Köser Tal valley – trail n. 5 to the top (3h). Return: Passo Oclini/Jochgrimm - path n. 1 – Malga Neuhütt – path 2A and E5 through the Köser Tal valley to Pietralba (3h).

- You're facing an uphill climb of 885 vertical meters on this hike. The highest point of the track is 2,313 m above sea level.

- Make sure to bring sturdy footwear on this track. Hiking boots are highly recommended. There are places to buy beverages and food along the track. However it’s always recommended to bring enough water and food along with you.
Getting here
Take highway's exit “Bolzano Nord/Eggental”, turn right direction Bolzano/Bozen, after about 0,5 km on roundabout keep left and head towards Val d’Ega (SS 241). Keep driving up to Ponte Nova. At Ponte Nova’s crossroads, turn to the right and continue to Nova Ponente and than in direction to Monte S. Pietro (about 45 min. from highway toll booth).
