- Family ticket: 16.00 euros (2 adults with children under 18 years old) / 8.00 euros (1 adult with children under 18 years old)
- Free admission: Children and teenagers up to 14 years old (upon presentation of a document), people with disabilities, Trentino Guest Card
- Dogs: Dogs are allowed in the museum gardens if kept on a leash. Only small dogs are allowed inside the halls and must be carried or kept in a transport container.
- Audio guide: 2.50 euros
- Access for people with disabilities is limited.
