Description & Details
The new Silvretta Therme in Ischgl has been open since December 2022. The spa extends over four floors in two buildings and includes a large water world, a sauna area, a fitness center, a spa area, several restaurants and an ice skating rink.
The water world covers 1,000 square meters of water and offers both sports pools and opportunities for relaxation. The centerpiece of the bathing area is the large adventure pool with whirlpool grotto, massage jets and water loungers. The brine grotto is ideal for switching off and relaxing.
For those who prefer to exercise, there is a 25-meter indoor sports pool and another outdoor sports pool. The outdoor pool with whirlpool and pool bar is also impressive - including a panoramic view over Ischgl.
The physical well-being is also taken care of. The culinary offerings range from Italian dishes in the trattoria to the spa buffet in the self-service restaurant and the exclusive grill lounge.
Saunas
The sauna area of the Silvretta Spa is located on the upper floors of the satellite building and offers five saunas and two steam baths. You'll find the hottest temperatures in the Zollhüttensauna (90°C), the Panoramasauna (80°C) and the Erlebnissauna (85°C). In the latter, show infusions and sauna ceremonies with light and music elements take place. For those who prefer milder temperatures, the pine sauna (60°C) or the mountain herb sauna (70°C) are the right choice. Temperatures of 40 to 45 degrees and a humidity of 100 percent are offered by the steam bath and the alpine rose steam bath.
Two plunge pools, a Kneipp facility and a snow grotto provide the necessary cooling. Between sauna sessions, you can relax in the rest areas. An outdoor pool with whirlpool, an infrared cabin and the large sauna garden complete the sauna world.
