Description & Details
Newly opened in 2016, Quellalpin in Kaunertal offers a swimming pool and a unique sauna area with an unobstructed view of the village of Feichten and the surrounding mountains. Both the architecture of the facility and the ambience blend harmoniously into the natural valley. Regional hay, fragrant woods, granite and excellent spring water are used. In the restaurant you can enjoy local Tyrolean cuisine, traditional and down-to-earth. A fitness center, a beach volleyball court, a tennis court, a bowling alley, a shooting range and an event hall round off the leisure facilities.
Saunas
There are two saunas to choose from at Quellalpin. In the Finnish sauna, the thermometer climbs to 90 to 100 degrees Celsius. For those who prefer it a bit milder, the bio sauna with a temperature of about 60 degrees is the right choice. In both saunas you can enjoy the view of the mountain world of the Kaunertal valley during the regular themed infusions. There is also a steam bath with vitalizing aromas and salt peeling as well as an infrared cabin. Between the sauna sessions you can relax either on the loungers in the hay-scented relaxation room or on the two sun terraces.
