In the north, mostly cloudy skies in the morning will give way to determined sunshine in the noon. Forecasters are predicting sunshine in the noon with a chance of rain in the evening. In the morning, the weather in the south will be partly rainy. The sky will cloud up in the noon and a mix of sleet, freezing rain and snow is forecast. Heavy snowfalls are predicted in the midday, whereas snowfalls are to ease in the evening and partial cloudiness is forecast. Most parts in the east are covered with clouds today, with a high near 4 °C. Reaching a high near 2 °C, the weather in the west is going to be partly cloudy today. Temperatures are not far from normal, but the breeze from the northwest keeps it from feeling as warm as it could if there were no wind.
