Most parts in the east are covered with clouds today, with a high near 4 °C. Reaching a high near 2 °C, the weather in the west is going to be partly cloudy today. Temperatures are not far from normal, but the breeze from the northwest keeps it from feeling as warm as it could if there were no wind.
