Description
The Jahrhunderthalle
Jahrhunderthalle Bochum has had a chequered history, which becomes obvious when taking a closer look at its architectural changes. Once used as gas power station, it nowadays functions as a central festival hall for the Ruhrtriennale. Other huge events take place here, too. Embedded in the Westpark, the hall nowadays displays a mixture of tradition and modernity.
