Description
The rope courses at Utah Olympic Park in Park City offer visitors three different levels of difficulty, open in both summer and winter. Climbing fun and zipline action for children, beginners and athletes!
Discovery Course
This beginners' course is designed to challenge young adventurers. Adults are welcome up to the stated weight limits. Here you will duck around obstacles, crawl through narrow gaps and climb over snall objects.
Canyon Course
The Intermediate level course is suitable for beginners. Here you can test your problem solving skills on wooden block traverses, swinging and hanging elements. Participants should be prepared to climb at altitudes of up to seven meters where agility, composure and coordination are required.
Summit Course
The advanced course challenges even the strongest athletes with wire traverses and swing elements at a height of 17 meters. Here, adventurous people can put their strength, balance and skill to the test.
Drop Tower
If you haven't been thrilled enough, you can jump from the Drop Tower. First a 115-metre-long zipline takes you high above the treetops. The ride ends at the 20 meter high Drop Tower. The only path that leads on from here is down: You must step off the platform and dare the intoxicating freefall!
How to get there
From Salt Lake City, take the I-80 E to the UT-224 S in Summit County. Take exit 145 towards Kimball Jct. Follow the UT-224 and turn right onto Olympic Pkwy. This will take you directly to Utah Olympic Park.
