- Tickets are available directly at the ticket office at the start tower on the Großer Burgberg. Reservation or pre-booking is not possible! A maximum of 500 rides are possible per day.
- Weight limit: From 20 kg to 120 kg (incl. luggage e.g. small backpack). Each guest will be weighed before their flight.
- Longer hair must be tied back in a braid.
Students and severely disabled persons pay the senior rate.
