Swimming Lake
Enjoy the sunny days at the quiet, family and child-friendly beach in the leisure centre Weitenegg. The unique view of the ruin Weitenegg gives the lake, which lies at the foot of the ruin, a special atmosphere.
In the leisure centre Weitenegg guests will find everything they need for a relaxing day on the water: a large number of free parking spaces, changing rooms with showers and WC, as well as numerous leisure activities.
Things to do
Everyone will find here the right activity for leisure activities at and in the Donausee. A children's playground is available for the little bathers. A beach volleyball court surrounded by shady trees offers fun and action for young and old.
Sailing, surfing and rowing opportunities, pedal boat rental and aquajump round off the generous leisure offer. It is possible to rent boat moorings in the leisure centre.
Cyclists also get their money's worth here! The Danube Cycle Route leads directly through the village, but the quiet location of the market town of Leiben also makes it possible to enjoy beautiful cycle rides on the roads.
