Line 28E runs Monday to Friday from 5:40 a.m., Saturdays from 6:15 a.m., Sundays from 6:45 a.m. and serves the entire route from Martim Moniz to Prazeres every 11 minutes.
In the late evening hours (from around 9:30 p.m.), the line is limited to the section between Graça and Estrela.
