Birthday children do not pay admission.
An annual pass costs €94 per person and is valid for one year from the date of purchase. A transfer to another person is not possible.
Pregnant women with a maternity pass pay the senior rate.
Disabled persons with GdB 70, B or H in their ID card pay €24.50.
Wheelchair users and blind people have free admission.

The Eifelpark is open from March to the beginning of November. Opening times may vary depending on the month and season. Only the wildlife park is open in winter. More information here.
After the official closing times, visitors are allowed to stay in the park until dusk and feed the animals, for example.
The rides stop operating 15 minutes before the park closes.
Opening hours are extended in the event of high visitor numbers.
Dogs must be kept on a lead inside the park.
