Feel like relaxing all day long, swimming and just indulging yourself? Then it's time to visit Emser Therme, where you can experience a diverse sauna area as well as a spacious and nicely decorated pool area. In addition, you have access to a breath-taking spa area including numerous attractions.

The spa has seven different pools: a motion and therapy pool to swim in and to get the circulation going, a thermal indoor pool, warm water jacuzzi, both warm and cold water basins, a thermal outdoor pool and an outdoor sports pool, which is solar heated during the summer months. All pools contain health-promoting Emser thermal water, which is special due to its substances. Therein, you find 20 different trace elements and minerals as well as a composition of sodium chloride and sea salt. All pools are heated at different temperatures (18-36°C/ 64-97°F) and offer a variety of choices for any preference of our guests to enable a soothing spa experience. To relax and escape your everyday life, we recommend a visit to the gallery, or in the beautiful thermal garden.

Feelgood moments at the sauna.

When visiting the Emser Therme, you can't miss the sauna park! A variety of sauna and relaxation options are waiting for you. In addition to the garden sauna (90°C) and salt sauna (85°C), the Fluss (river) sauna (85°) is an absolute highlight. With large panoramic windows and a sun deck, it offers a great view of the river Lahn.

For those who prefer milder temperatures, the sound sauna (75°C) or the sanarium are the right choice. There is also a steam bath in the sauna park. You can cool off in the outside pool and the plunge pool. To relax between sauna sessions, there are spacious relaxation areas and fireplace lounges on two levels. The sauna bar provides guests with snacks and fresh drinks.
