Description
Eifelpark Gondorf features more than 60 attractions on an extensive area, making for a day of fun and action for the whole family. The theme park also boasts its own animal park, a game enclosure, and a falconry, turning your visit into a unique and diverse experience.
Numerous Attractions
Adrenaline-junkies will love 'Käpt'n Jack's Wilde Maus' roller coaster. At the dry toboggan run Eifel-Coaster, on the other hand, you get to decide for yourself if you want to go full speed or not. The wild water ride 'Pirateninsel' sends you down from up to 14m/46ft - no chance of getting away with a dry shirt! At 'Seeräuber's Kanonenritt' you manoeuvre a vehicle along a steep wall at a speed of up to 30km/h. Of course the park also features playgrounds for the youngest visitors, such as 'Purzel's Fahrschule' (eng. driving school), the kids get behind the steering wheel. You can also find a classic horse carousel, trampolines, a Western square and much more.
Explore the Wildlife
At the game enclosure, visitors get to see boars, emus, and mouflons up close. At the petting zoo you get even closer: here you can feed the donkeys, pet the ponies, or meet the tiny micro pigs. The falconry is home to around 25 raptorial birds, and puts on a falcon show twice a day. If you want, you can even hold one of the birds with a falconry gauntlet. When you've had enough hands-on, the nature and experience path playfully teaches you interesting facts about the forest, animals, and rocks.
